来年度、サーバのアップグレードを検討しています。
OSはWindows2012 R2（サーバは弊社で用意）を予定していますが、現在のシステムは移行可能でしょうか？
現在、JAVAのバージョンが古かったりするので、セキュリティ的にも気になっています。
またできればこのタイミングでOSのサービスで開始と停止を制御したいのですが、可能でしょうか？
対応するにあたっての概算費用を教えていただけると助かります。

Currently, as JACA version is old, we worry in its security.
If possible, at this timing, we would like to control its start and stop of the OS, is it possible/
