弊社の技術から、AとBについては対応が出来ないと連絡を受けておりました。
私がその連絡をし忘れておりました。誠に申し訳御座いません。
何故出来ないかというと、弊社で設計が出来ないためです。
弊社もサプライヤーに依頼せざるを得ないため、コストも掛かりますし、
技術的なclarificationも時間が掛かります。
Cについては我々のスコープですので、対応致します。
下記の件ですが、AとBのどちらの話でしょうか？
トルクはどこのトルクを指しているのかも教えて下さい。

From our tech team, we were notified that A and B cannot be handled.
I failed to contact you on that. I am very sorry.
The reason for the rejection is due to our inability to design.
As we have no choice but outsourcing to a supplier, it would not only be costly but the technical clarification would also be time consuming.
As for C, it is within our scope, so we will take care of it.
As for below, which are you referring to, A or B?
Regarding the torque, please advise which torque you are referring to.
