国外に出てしまった時点で、こちらでは確認できないと返答がきました。
申し訳ないのですが、私の方では問題を解決することができません。
住所はご自宅の住所ですか？それともSFエクスプレスの住所ですか？
SFの住所の場合、郵便局の荷物は受け取り拒否され、返送されることがございます。
ご自宅のご住所をお知らせください。
もし不在の場合でも、郵便局に保管せれるため、再配達が可能です。
イヤリングはチタンタイプに変更できません。
代わりにニッケルフリーのパーツに変更します。

Upon checking with my country's post office, a reply came that once it leaves the country it cannot be verified here.
I apologize but I can't solve the problem.
Is the address your own residential address? Or was it the SF express address?
If it's the SF address, they may have refused the postal package and then it was returned to sender.
Please let me know your home address.
Even if no one is home it will be kept by the post office for safekeeping and therefore can be sent again.
The earrings can't be changed to the titanium type.
Instead, it will be changed to nickel-free parts

When I checked the post office in my country, I was told that once it is out of the country they cannot confirm any more. I am sorry but there is nothing I can do.
