The package was delivered today, but the contents was wrong and 999 was mistakenly delivered. Can you express ship me 888. I will send back 999 soon. Is it OK if the return shipping charges are billed via Paypal later on?

Your first and last sentence are not correct.
Sentence #1: There is nothing about item 888 in the first sentence.
Sentence #2:888 is not being returned, 999 is.

Next time do one more proof reading before you turn it in
