Since there are a lot of documents which are commonly used in A and B, including Procedure and IOM, splitting VDI would bother both of us because we need to approve them and it would cause a mistake. So please let us go through with the VDI for both A and B which we submitted the other day.
We noted that we will split VDI, but, regarding the common document, we will describe it on both of VDI as a COMMON DOCUMENT.
The signature put on PO is not an official one, but would it be OK for us to align with it?

Since we have so many documents that could be shared for both Aand B such as Procedure and IOM, etc., it will take both of us more time working on the approval task and also it could lead us to make mistakes so please let us proceed in VDI which will be used for both A and B that we submitted the other day.
We agreed on dividing VDI but as to the shared documents, we will note as COMMON DOCUMENT on the both VDI.
Though the signature for PO isn’t an official one, can we just use this one?

As there is a document common to A and B such as procedure and IOM, we need much work and time in authorizing if we divide VDI each other and it might lead to making a mistake. For this reason, please let me proceed by the VDI where A and B are combined I submitted a few days ago.
I understand that the VDI is divided. But as for the common document, I will list "common document" at both VDI.
As signature I put at PO is not an official one, may I use it?
