After returning the item, I understand to pay back though, I like it to be replaced.
Because after returning the money and reorder it, the cost high higher than the present purchase cost.
Even though there is problem with the item, it is strange the purchase cost rises the former cost.

If I order again after getting a refund, the price would be higher than before.
I don’t think it is fair to pay more than my first purchase because there was a problem with the item.

I cannot agree with this because there was a fault in your product and I don't intend to pay more than I paid the first time. Would you not give a case like mine some special consideration?
