PayPalに問い合わせて確認もしましたが、
御社アカウントは下記T-IDで$69.9を2回、
間違いなく受け取っているとの事です。

I paid $69.9 twice on PayPal since Mr./Ms. Ali told me that the first payment could not be confirmed.
The 2 pictures attached are the screenshot of my confirmed payment payment, which are noted in Japanese Timezone(GMT+9).

I have received confirmation from PayPal that your company account (shown as T-ID below), has received my $69.9 payment twice.

Because of Aiko has sent email to me and that tells me she couldn't confirm the first payment.

With attached 2 screenshots, you could confirm the payment has done.
the payment date is showed in Japanese Standard Time.

I have contacted PayPal for the confirmation.
And I have informed that your company's account has already received $69.9 twice with following T-ID.
