Paypalへ確認致しましたが、返金処理は完了しておりました。
支払いがクレジットカードだった為、情報の反映に3週間程度は時間がかかる可能性があるようです。
すぐに返金を確認したい場合は、お客様よりPaypalサポートセンターへお問い合わせください。
その際に、お支払いに利用したクレジットカード番号を伝えれば返金の確認ができるようです。

Since the payment was made by credit card, it seems like there's a possibility that information consideration will take about 3 weeks.
In case you want to confirm the refund instantly, please contact Paypal support center.
In that case, if you tell the credit card number which was used for payment, you will be able to confirm the refund.
