We re really sorry, but we cannot sell your products on Amazon in Japan any more because the Japanese agent sued us regarding the sales of your products.
We believe you have already produced 450 pieces, so please send them to us.
Regarding the rest of 600 pieces, we are really sorry, but would it be possible for you t issue a refund for the amount of money except 10% of cancellation fee, if you have not produced them yet?
We are afraid that this is very selfish request to you, but we would be happy if you can consider as much as possible.

I'm really sorry tell you but regarding your products, there was a complain from the agency in Japan so that we can't sell the products at Amazon Japan.
