AだとBとCの間に樹脂が滞留する可能性があります。ですので、性能はDのほうがいいと考えております。
ただ、作業効率の観点でDのほうがよければ、Dで設計は可能です。
Oリングの耐熱は300度ですが、Eで熱処理しても溶けることはありません。特殊樹脂でできておりますので、熱処理をするとガスが出ます。そのガスが金属にダメージを与えます。
弊社ではOリングを付けたまま、熱処理をして、その後ダメージを受けた箇所を研磨しております。ただ、どこまで研磨しても大丈夫なのか?ということはわかりません。
