AだとBとCの間に樹脂が滞留する可能性があります。ですので、性能はDのほうがいいと考えております。
ただ、作業効率の観点でDのほうがよければ、Dで設計は可能です。
Oリングの耐熱は300度ですが、Eで熱処理しても溶けることはありません。特殊樹脂でできておりますので、熱処理をするとガスが出ます。そのガスが金属にダメージを与えます。
弊社ではOリングを付けたまま、熱処理をして、その後ダメージを受けた箇所を研磨しております。ただ、どこまで研磨しても大丈夫なのか？ということはわかりません。
In case of A, resin might stay between B and C. For this reason, D is better in its performance.
But if D is better in efficiency of the work, you can design by D.
Heat resisting of O ring is 300 degrees, but it is not melted even if it is treated by heat by E.
As it is made of special resin, gas is produced if it is treated by heat. The gas damages the metal.
We treat it by heat with the O ring attached. After that, polish the part where it was damaged.
However, we do not know to which part we can polish.
