何名か女性の候補者を選びましたがスケジュールが合いませんでした。
前提としてA共通のターゲットは「違いのわかる人」として捉えています。なので違いのわかる人にとって性別は重要ではないと考えます。

I thought people who usually contribute an article to A would contribute to B, others think it is a contribution reflected one's real feeling, not a contribution as just a user. And I take it as a new type of attemt, so I want to challenge it.
The criteria for the selection is that the person has chemistry with A and who is able to tell its good points by one's own word. I have already picked several female candidates, but unfortunetely all of them could't meet regarding schedeul. I assume our target person should have a sense and know the difference, therefore gender is not a foctor for our selection.

The person that usually posts A also posts B and I thought that it won't feel like a billboard post but more of a pure post. We have thought of this as a challenge-like experiment.
The selection standard is persons that can say in their own words that have an affinity for A.
The reason for choosing female applicants was because the schedule didn't fit.
The condition is that the A common target must be treated as "the person that understands the difference". That is why I think it is not necessary distinction by sex for the persons that understand the difference.
