状況を簡単に説明すると、数ヶ月前、サムから突然一方的に契約解除を言い渡されました。
「テナントの面倒が大変で費用もかかったのに、私が何もケアしてくれなかった」というのが
彼の言い分でした。しかし、今までそのような連絡は全くなく、当然私としても対処のしようもなかったので、その旨を彼に伝え、必要なケアは何でもするので契約を継続してほしいとお願いしたのですが、その後何度連絡をしても返答がない状態です。
私が心配なのは現在の家の状態です。早く現状を把握し必要な対処をしたいのが私の望みです。

If I explain the situation simply, Sam told me to terminate the contract suddenly a few months ago.
His reason was that he needed much money and it was hard to take care of tenants, but I have not done anything. But I have not heard from him about it and could not do anything about it.
Therefore, I told it to him, and asked him to continue the contract since I was going to do anything he needs. However, I have not heard from him at all no matter how many times I have tried to contact him.
What I am worried is current situation of the house. My request is to understand the current situation immediately and handle it as necessary.

Briefly speaking, Sam suddenly notified the termination of contract in a unilateral way a few months ago.
The reason he mentioned was that we did not provide a care to them, even the handling of tenants was tough and expensive. However, it is naturally impossible for us to support them as we could not get any contact regarding this issue. So I told them this reason and ask them to continue the contract as we can provide any kind of support if they needed. However, there is no reply till now.
