In regard of an unauthorised registration of trademark at your company in China, I have conferred with A law firm which is familiar with affairs in China. An application rejected once, and now it is in processing again. The reexamination normally takes 6months, I will recieve the result soon.

Regarding the unfair registration of your company's trademark in China, I requested an investigation to a patent attorney office A with the detailed information of China's situation. According to their investigation, the request was rejected temporarily, and currently is being re-examined. The re-examination will be over probably around 6 months so I think that we will have the results soon.
今回の登録申請が拒否されることを願っていますが、A事務所が言うには、たとえ今回の再審査で再び登録拒否されたとしても、今度はロゴマークのみを切り取って登録申請したり、別の人が新たに登録を申請する事もあるそうです。そのような不正を防止するために、貴社の方で正式な商標登録申請をしてみてはいかがでしょうか？もしかしたら現在再審査中の案件にも貴社に有利に働くかもしれません。

This time I asked for the registration request to be rejected but the A office says that, even if this time's re-examination is once again rejected, this time only the logo mark can be cut off and registered that way or that a new person can do the registration request again.
