送って貰った商品の数が足りません。
本日、インボイスの数と実際の商品の数が違うと税関から連絡が来ました。
担当者が調べたところ、以下の4点のアイテムが不足している様です。

この商品は後で送って貰えるのでしょうか？それとも在庫がなかったのでしょうか？
この問題が解決するまで、私は荷物を受け取ることすら出来ません。
早急に確認後、連絡をください。
最初の注文からトラブル続きで辟易しています。
まっとうな対応がない場合、全ての商品を返品し、今後一切の取引を取りやめます。

The quantity of the delivered item is not correct.
The customs informed me that the quantity of the invoice was different from the actual one today.
As the person in charge checked, the below four items are likely lacking.

Will these items be sent later? Or, are they out of stock?
I can not even receive the package until this issue will be solved.
Please reply me after your confirmation, ASAP.
I am fed up with the situation since I have many troubles since the first order.
In case that you can't deal with the issue appropriately, I am going to return all items and stop all business with you.

I got contact from customs regarding the numbers on invoice and actual numbers of item is different.
The staff checked and 4 items below are missing.
