The quantity of the delivered item is not correct.
The customs informed me that the quantity of the invoice was different from the actual one today.

The number of items sent are short.
I got contact from customs regarding the numbers on invoice and actual numbers of item is different.
The staff checked and 4 items below are missing.

We have received an insufficient number of items which you have sent out.
Today the customs office contacted us saying the number of items in the invoice and the number of items which were delivered is not matching. Our staff looked into the issue and found out the following 4 items are missing.
