船で発送する手配をしています。前回 商品を引き取りに行った際、荷物の高さがあって、手配する事ができませんでした。今回は、コンテナに入る荷物の高さに調節をして頂けませんか。
今回は、他のお客さんと一緒に商品を出荷するので、運送費用はなしにして頂けませんか。その代わり、必ず来週 商品代金を支払いします。船のブッキングには、簡単ではなくて1週間以上かかります。

Delivery company has their container, and arrange to ship out straight away after load items. Last time when I went to collect items, due to the height of items, we cannot arrange.
This time, can you adjust the height of the items for container?
Also Items will be shipped out with other customer, so can you make it free for delivery charge?
In stead of this, I will pay the items fee next week. Booking of the ship is not easy and it takes more than 1 week.

As transportation company has a container, they arrange for sending by sea after loading the items.
When I went and picked up the item last time, the item was high and could not arrange for it.
Would you adjust height of the item to be included in the container this time?
As I will send the item with another customer this time, would you let me send without shipping charge?
Instead of it, I am sure that I will pay for the item next week. The booking of the ship is not easy and it takes more than 1 week.

The forwarder has a container and handle to ship as it is after loading package. Before, when I received item, there was package hight limit, and I could not have the forwarder. This time, could you please adjust the package hight?
