このツアーを行うのに特別な許可（入洞届／入山届）が必要ということです。それは私が年間を通して取得してありますので、お客さんに取得していただく必要はありません。この地には観光地化された洞窟があったり、その特別許可が取得できない個人／団体もいるので、このツアーに参加することの特別感を表現しております。何かいい表現の仕方はありますか？

After the tour, I will drive you to the place where I picked you up or to the station. Pick-up/drop-off is possible, although it may take longer than expected due to some traffic jams or other accidents.
I mean you need a special permit (cave/mountain entry registration) to conduct this tour. I have an annual permit, so you don't need to get one. Since there are touristy caves and individuals/groups who can not get the permit in this area, it expresses the particularity to join the tour. Are there any good expressions?

つなぎを用意するので体重の情報が必要になってきます。背が高くて細身の人もいますし、背が低くて太い人もいます。体重ではなく体格でいいのですが。細め、太め、中肉中背など。。。
わかりました、一日に２回開催します。午前中１回【９：００am】、午後１回【２：００pm】。このように出発時間が違う場合はオプションを使用した方がいいのですね？

As I prepare overalls, I need information of weight. Some are tall and thin as well as others are short and fat.
Do you need not by the weight but by type of build? Such as thin, fat, medium height with medium build,---.
