先日AMEXカードの割引き適用をさせて頂きました。
メンバーシップのディスカウント欄には年間費免除、送料30％オフと表示がされているのですが、
実際転送依頼をした際に割引きが適用されていませんでした。
更に年間費60ドルの請求もされておりました。
これはどういうことでしょうか？

The other day, I applied the discount of AMEX card.
In the discount column of the membership, it is written that the annual fee is exempted and the shipping fee is discounted by 30%, but the discount was not applied when I requested the transfer.
Furthermore, an annual fee, 60 dollars were also charged.

when the transfer was actually requested there was no discount applied.
