社長のおっしゃることは理解しました。今後、深夜残業で帰りの電車が無くなる場合の4回目以降は近くのホテルで泊まる、もしくは他のデザイナーに仕事を任せる事にします。今後はその方法にすることで、経費節約します。その認識でよろしいでしょうか？
それとも他の方法にしなくてはならないでしょうか？
私の希望としては、なるべくホテル宿泊ではなく帰宅したいと思っております。
