非常に丁寧に生産していただいている印象をもちました。

その中では今回ご相談させていただいている内容の物が気になる点でしたので、
あくまでクレームではなく、更にクオリティの高い商品を目指した上でのご提案になります。
今回の部分が解決し、座面のぐらつき、傾きが改善されれば、
私共も更に数量を増やしてのオーダーを検討しておりますのでその旨インフィニティ社にお伝え願えればと思っています。

As we are worried about the contents that we are allowed to consider this time, this is not claim, so this is a proposal to aim the high quality items furthermore.
When the part of this solves and improve the unsteady and the slant of seat side, we are considering to place an increasing order of quantity. So we are so glad if you will tell about that to Infinity Company.
