(商品名)を購入した(名前)です。突然、異議申し立てをしたことは謝ります。以前、トラブルがあったとき、売り手と直接やり取りをしていたら逃げられてしまったことがあったので、このような形を取らせて貰いました。では、私の元に届いた商品の状態ですが外箱、オリジナルBOXともにへこみ等無く、きれいな状態でした。緩衝材もしっかり詰めてあるので商品以外に特に問題はありません。問題のある商品は添付ファイルをみてください。

This is because I had a trouble with a seller before, in that case, I negotiated directly with him but he disappeared without solving the problem. This is who purchased your item, . I apologize for my sudden objection. I did this way because I have an experience of being taken off by a seller in direct transaction with him. For the package I received from you, the box and the original box were in a good condition, without any damage or dent. Cushioning was enough, so no problem were found beside the item itself.
