こちらのラベルをセラーからいただいていないでしょうか？

また、FedExでもGround（陸送）のはずなので、セラーが申請したクレームはGroundか今一度ご確認をお願いします。

There must be a new shipping label called 'Call Tag' which is issued when the seller complained.
Could you ask this label from your side?
Also could you confirm if it's ground shipping?

There is a new label that published by FedEx when seller makes a claim.

Didn't you get the label from the seller?

And, the shipment by FedEx was supposed to be Ground, I'd like you to confirm again the claim of the seller was Ground.

There should have been a new label issued by FedEx, known as the "call tag", when the seller made a claim.

Have you received this label from the seller?

Also, with FedEx it should be ground transport, so could you please verify once more if the claim made by the seller was indeed for ground please?
