(b)Our liability at law to make payment to You for Defective Products is expressly limited to pay an amount equal to: the reasonable cost of replacing the Products;
(i) the reasonable cost of obtaining equivalent Products; or
(ii) the reasonable cost of having the Products repaired,
whichever is the lowest amount.
In any event, our liability shall not exceed USD [200,000] each occurance.
