今回で3回目のフィリピンですが，フィリピンは来る度に日本では経験したことのないことが起こるのでとても刺激にあふれていると感じています．※1
皆さんとまた会えたことをとてもうれしく思います．皆さんと会うのは1年ぶりですが，残念ながら僕の英語力はこの1年で，むしろ低下しているように思えます．せっかく1年前に丁寧に教えてもらったのに，覚えているのは，〜さんから教えてもらった「〜」というフレーズくらいで，後は殆ど忘れてしまっています．ごめんなさい．優しく丁寧に教えて頂けると嬉しいです．

This is the third time in Philippines, and I feel Philippines incentive as things I have never experienced in Japan happen. ※1. I am happy to see you again too. Though it has been a year since I saw you last, it seems unfortunately my English ability is decreasing for this 1 year. Though I was taught it with care a year ago, what I can remember is "~" which was taught by Mr. ~. I have forgotten the rest of all others. I am sorry. I hope I can have lessons with great care.

I'm so glad to see you again. It's been a year since I met you last time, but unfortunately my English ability went even down in one year. This is the third time of my visit to philippines and I feel excited every time as the situations I have never experienced in Japan are always waiting for me.
I am glad having met you again. A year has passed since I met you last. To my regret, my ability of English seems to have become rather worse.
