○さんですのでこの課金は０円に致しました。
先ほどPayPalで１２ドル返金済です。

In case the storage period exceeds 30 days, 50 JPY is charged per a day.
However, as this is Mr. ○'s case, I did not charge any additional fee.
I have just issued a refund for 12 dollars.
I think Mr. ■ sent you a message as well, but I myself is sending the mail to you, too.
I am not good at English very much, but I am now doing my best to study it.
I will try to improve my English conversation skill so that I can talk more with you till when I meet you next time.
