私は上記商品を6個注文した。あなた方は日本まで国際便で送付するのを理解しているのに、商品を何も梱包ぜずにむき出しのまままで送付してきた。写真を見てもらうと分かるが、箱の損傷が激しい。何も梱包に配慮していないから当然だ。私はこの商品を日本で販売する予定だが、これでは販売できない。あきらかにあなた方の配達部門の配慮に欠けたミスだ。国際便ならこうなるのは予め予想できるはずだ。あなた方は梱包にもっと配慮すべきだ。全額返金してください。送料が高いのでドイツには返送しません。

I ordered the above 6 items. You shipped them without packing though you had known that you would have shipped to Japan by international flight. As you can see in the photo, the box damages are severe. It is natural because you have not thought about careful packing. Though I plan to sell the items in Japan, I cannot sell them. It is clearly your shipping department's carelessness. You could have imagined this would have happened if they were by international flight. You should be more careful about packing. Please issue a full refund for the product money. As the shipping fees are expensive, I will not return them.

I ordered 6 items listed above. You understand to send them to Japan by international mail, but sent them without packing. You will see it in the picture. The outside of the box is heavily damaged. It happens naturally as you have not considered packing at all. I was going to sell them in Japan, but cannot sell them. It is obviously a mistake that was caused by your delivery department where they have not considered me. I am sure that you can expect this kind of situation if you use the international mail. You should be more considerate of packing more. Please refund me in full. As shipping charge is high, I cannot return it to Germany.

I ordered six pieces of the above item. For knowing the item being shipped to Japan via international mail, you have shipped the item without any wrapping. As you can see in the picture, the damage on the box is apparent. No wonder why without any packaging. I am planning to sell the item in Japan, but with this condition I cannot.
