1、配送先についてはメールにてPeyPal請求書を発行してもらいPayPal決済しましたが買い手保護（売り手保護）のために請求先である日本の住所しか変更出来ない仕組みになっていました。
商品を返品してPayPalで一旦返金してもらってから改めてeBayで買い物をするしかないです。eBayを通して支払いをしないとオレゴン住所に変更されない仕組みとなっています。
２、金額が書いてある納品書、請求書を含めない様にお願いします。領収書も不要です。

You have to return the item and have it refunded once with PayPal and then shop it again on eBay. You cannot change your Oregon address without pay through eBay.
