1、配送先についてはメールにてPeyPal請求書を発行してもらいPayPal決済しましたが買い手保護（売り手保護）のために請求先である日本の住所しか変更出来ない仕組みになっていました。
商品を返品してPayPalで一旦返金してもらってから改めてeBayで買い物をするしかないです。eBayを通して支払いをしないとオレゴン住所に変更されない仕組みとなっています。
２、金額が書いてある納品書、請求書を含めない様にお願いします。領収書も不要です。
1. As for address to which it is sent, I asked Paypal to issue the invoice by email, and settled it. But by the system, only the address in Japan to which it is charge is allowed to change by reason of protection of buyer (protection of seller).
The only way is that you return the item and Paypal refund. After that, you purchase at eBay. By this system, if you do not pay via Paypal, it is not changed to address in Oregon.
2. Please do not include a statement of delivery and invoice where the amount is listed.
I do not need a receipt, either.
