しかし経験上ブラジルはとても税関が厳しい印象があります。
商品は既にブラジルには入っていると思います。
おそらく税関で止まっており、そのため郵便局にも現状が分からないのです。
可能ならあと1,2週間お待ちいただけますでしょうか?
難しければ、キャンセルして頂ければ全額返金いたします。
後日、商品が届いた時に受け取り拒否をすれば日本へ商品は戻ってきます。

I think the item has already arrived in Brazil.
Probably the item has been held in the customs, so the post office has no idea what the current status is.
If possible, can you please wait for one week or two?
If you cannot wait any more, we will issue a refund once you cancel the order.
When the item is delivered to you later and if you refuse to receive it, the item is automatically returned to Japan.
