アカウント停止の要因として、複数アカウント所持をご指摘いただきましたが、
過去に貴社サイトで出品・販売したことはありません。
また、現在のアカウントは、ツールを動かすためにXXX情報を使っているだけです。
勿論、複数のアカウントの運用はしていないにも関わらず、
アカウント停止によりツールが動かせない状態で困っております。
