１２/１に元気な男の子が生まれました。名前は葵です。体重は６LB１１OZです。
すくすくと日々成長し毎日とても賑やかに過ごしています。初めての子育てに日々奮闘していますが、皆様とお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。今後とも、親子共々よろしくお願いいたします。

Thank you for the fantastic baby shower in the office the other day. As some of you may already know, my wife gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Dec. 1. Following is a message from her.
I am sorry for my late announcement.
On Dec. 1, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. His name is Aoi and he weighs 6LB11OZ.
He is growing so fast day by day and we are living a very busy life every day. I'm struggling with my first child-raising daily and am looking forward to seeing you all. Thank you. From (ご自分の名前） and Aoi.

A health boy was born on December 1st. His name is Aoi. He weighs 6LB 11OZ.
He's growing quickly day by day and every day is very lively. As it's the first time we've raised a child, every day is a hard struggle, but we're looking forward to meeting with everybody.
From now on, we are looking forward to parents and child being together.

最後の文ですが「親子共々宜しくお願いいたします」は英語に訳すは非常に難しいです。ですので、ただThank you.として、その後に奥様の名前とお子さんの名前を書くのがよいかと思います。
