I bought three products, but one of them was unsatisfactory. Hence, I hope for refund for this product. I know that I must send back the product in order to qualify for a refund. However, I live in Japan. I am unable to bear the cost of sending the product back to America from Japan. Also, the procedures for sending back the product are troublesome. I bought three pieces, but one out of them was a defective item. I would like you to issue a refund for the amount of money of one piece of item price. I know I need to send the item back to you to get your refund, However I live in Japan. I have to cover the shipping fee from Japan to US for returning the item. Also the process for returning the item is very cumbersome. So I would like to you ask one thing. Can you please issue a partial refund, △ dollar, which is the amount where the international mailing fee (8 dollars) is deducted from the price for one piece of the defective item? If you do not agree to this, I will return the item back to you and ask you to issue a full refund for 〇 dollars.
