写真を確認させて頂きました。商品は撮影を終えた直後から厳重に梱包し保管しており、破損するような取扱は一切行っていません。写真に細部が映り込んでいなかった為に誤解を招いたと察します。輸送中破損の可能性が高いです。しかしながらご満足頂けなかった様ですので、私としてもお客様の満足のため最善を尽くします。解決策として商品金額ならびに送料を全額返金しますので、ネガティブ評価をポジティブに変更頂けないでしょうか。Aの仕組上ネガティブ評価があると、売り手、買い手共今後の売買に支障が出ます。

I checked the picture. I had packed the item carefully and stored it immediately after taking a picture. I have not handled it in the way that it is damaged. I assume that you misunderstood it since small part was not included in the picture. It is highly likely that it was damaged during its transportation. However, as you are not satisfied with it, I will do my best to satisfy you. As I will issue you a refund in full for the item and shipping charge, would you change the rating from negative to positive? If it is rated negatively, seller and buyer will be affected in their business in the future by reason of system of A.

I assume you misunderstood since details were not seen in the photo. It is highly possible that it got damaged during transportation. However, you are not satisfied with it so I will put my fullest effort to satisfy you. To solve the problem, I will make full refund including the amount of the item and shipping cost, so will you please change negative feedback to positive feedback? Due to A's system, negative feedback would affect both seller and buyer in the future.
