It might had the damage during the shipping according to the situation that you told us. Or it might be a manufacturer's responsibility. However, a shipping damage is going to be compensated by insurance so, please keep the packages, boxes that is used to pack the product. Please make sure without the certain evidence you might not get a compensation. In any case, we will do our best to make you be satisfied.
