今回の件につきまして、日本郵便を通じUSPSへ調査依頼をいたしました。
USPSより”バイヤーは商品を受け取っております”という結果が来ました。その証拠として、受取時の署名もございます。

Regarding this matter, I have requested an investigation to USPS via Japan Post.
I have received the result from USPS which states that the buyer has received the products. There is a signature upon receiving the products too, as the evidence.
