お問い合わせの件ですが私もこのような現象を見た事がありません。黄色く汚れていてバルサムセパレーションの可能性もありますがなんとも言えないところです。
実写しましたが全体的に黄色い写真となりました。
おそらく修理などは不可能だと思います。レンズ以外の部品取りとしてお考えください。

Regarding the question, I have never seen such phenomenon, either. It could be just a yellow dirt due to balsam separation, but I am not 100% sure.
I actually took a photos with the lens, but whole of the photos got yellow-ish ones.
I am afraid that we cannot repair it, Please consider the item for reusing parts purpose other than the lens.

Regarding to your inquiry, we also have never seen this phenomenon before. It could be balsom separation because we see it yellow and sorry, but we are not sure.
We actually took a picture of it but it turned out yellow overall.
It might not be able to be fix.
You better think that you are getting the parts other than the lends.
