As a matter of fact, it turned out that the picture of the item on which you made successful bid was incorrect. I am really sorry about that. I will send you an item in almost the same size as the one you made successful bid on instead shown in the picture attached, if you agree. How does it sound to you? If you agree, I will ship it together with the one you made successful bid on to you. If not, I will issue a refund for this to you. In such case, I will only send you the item on which you made successful bid. I appreciate if you understand the circumstances.

I found out the picture is different from the item you purchase. I am really sorry. If you don't mind I will send the same size of photo of the item instead, what do you think?
