Homestay can not be a homestay if you ends up shutting yourself up in your room.
It is recommended for those who want to speak English taking the opportunity.
Although the stay mates are Japanese, they can help each other in time of need.

Tony likes listening to some talks and he is always a good fellow for me to talk with; he even helps me with my homework. This is recommended for anybody who does not think it a home stay if they just remain inside their rooms, and they want to talk in English more! Although the room mate is a Japanese, you will find him or her helpful to each other when you are in trouble. Those who do not speak English so well yet are willing to talk a lot are also welcome!
