I'm a Japanese learning English in Japan.
Please tell me whether the English written in textbooks that the Japanese use to learn English grammar sounds natural. I think it's correct because it's written in an English grammar textbook, but I don't know if it's something people use on everyday conversations.
Please read the English sentences and check the option you think most appropriate.
1. It's not an expression you use, and it sounds weird to hear in a conversation.
2. It's not often used, but it's fine to hear it in a conversation.
3. It's often used in conversations.
In case of 1, please tell me how to say it in a more natural manner.
