着払いは出来なかったので元払いで送っています

合計331.26ユーロを返金して下さい。

再度注文した・・・は、いつ発送できるか？
在庫有りで注文しても在庫無しでキャンセルになる場合が多い
もうすこし在庫管理をきちんとして欲しい。
また発送ミスは絶対しないでほしい。

I have returned back the boots which was delivered to me by a mistake today.
As I could not use cash on delivery, I sent the boots paid by the shipper.
The cost was the shipping fee is 64.3 Euro and the item price is 266.96 Euro. Please issue a refund for 331.26 Euro in total.

When can you ship ... which I placed an order again?
Even when I place an order because the item is indicated as in stock, but in many cases the order is cancelled because the item is out of stock.
I would like you to manage your inventory much more securely and accurately.
Also please never make a mistake in making shipment of the item which I order.
