着払いは出来なかったので元払いで送っています
送料64.3ユーロ、商品代金266.96ユーロ
合計331.26ユーロを返金して下さい。

再度注文した・・・は、いつ発送できるか？

在庫有りで注文しても在庫無しでキャンセルになる場合が多い
もうすこし在庫管理をきちんとして欲しい。
また発送ミスは絶対しないでほしい。

Today, I returned the boots you sent me by mistake.
I couldn't make it cash and delivery so i paid for it instead.

When can you ship the ··· which I ordered again?

You tend to cancel the orders even I order the item which you say there is stocks.
You should manage the stocks more properly.
