私は英語が苦手なので、翻訳ソフトを利用しながらメールやチャットを書いています。理解できていない会話があったり、時間が掛ってしまったり、本当に迷惑をかけていると思います。なにとぞ、ご理解お願いします。

As I am not good at English, I write e-mails and chat using translation soft. So sometimes I do not understand the conversation, or take much time to respond you. I am sorry to trouble you because of my poor English. I appreciate your understanding, and thank you very much.
