Considering a shipping cost, I think a partial refund would be a good idea.
I can't offer it to a customer, but I can take it as a display.
Please make a partial refund of $150.
The touch panel of a device, which I purchased on June 30, became not to respond as you see in the attached video.
How do I fix it?
Should I exchange it to another one? Or is there any way to reset the device?
If it needs a repair, would the device be sent to your company?
Would you send me a replacement immediately?
