留め金に18kを使っているのも事実で本来返品を受け付けたくないような事例です。
あのままエスカレーションされても私の言い分は通り、返送料金はあなたもちになっていましたよ。
eBayバイヤープロテクションポリシー上、eBayもセラーが必ず保障しなければいけないのが
商品代金+もとの送料です。
しかし私は商品代金全て返金しています

Even if this case went to be reported above, my claims was accepted and now you are responsible for paying the return fees.
According to the E-bay buyer protection Policy, Seller should guarantee the price of item and the sending fee. However, I already refunded the price of item.

早く追跡番号をつけてpriority mailで送って下さい。
その後送料がわかるレシートの写真と追跡番号を教えて下さい。
アメリカ国内から無事発送されたら送料を返金します。
そもそもebayのポリシー上返品する場合は先にバイヤーが商品を発送することと記載されています。
このまま商品を送ってこない場合はebayに詐欺の事例として報告します。
