留め金に18ｋを使っているのも事実で本来返品を受け付けたくないような事例です。
あのままエスカレーションされても私の言い分は通り、返送料金はあなたもちになっていましたよ。
eBayバイヤープロテクションポリシー上、eBayもセラーが必ず保障しなければいけないのが
商品代金＋もとの送料です。
しかし私は商品代金全て返金しています

In manual, item description clearly states that the item is made of silver-925.
It is also true that clasp is made of 18K gold.
Considering these facts, I do not have to refund in the first place.
No matter what you say, return shipping charge is on you.

eBay buyer protection policy says that seller should only guarantee price of item and shipping fee .
But I refund full price of item.
