I placed an order for 30 pieces of ○○, and I received them today. But, 20 pieces out of those 30 items were the right ones which I ordered, but the rest of 10 pieces were different ones from what I ordered, which were △△. Please refer to the picture attached. Instead of the items delivered by mistake, can you please send the items which I actually ordered anew? The destination address is the identical one with the last time, which is in Florida.
