6月26日に購入したマシンですがバキューム機能がついたヘッドが動作しなくなりました。
使ってまだ3回目です。使用時間も15分程度なのでマニュアル通りの使い方だと思います。
動作しない様子は以下のＵＲＬから動画で確認できます。
ヘッドの保証は3カ月と聞いているのでヘッドの交換をお願いします。
故障したヘッドを送る必要があれば送り先住所を教えてください。
こんなに早く動作しなくなるものでしょうか？
動作確認は行いましたか？

Regarding the machine I purchased on June 26th, the head with vacuum function does not work any more.
I just used it only three times. The duration time of the operation is about 15 minutes, which is the regular usage following the manual.

As I heard that the period of the coverage of the head is three months, I would like you to replace the head with a new one.
If I need send the broken head back to you, please let me know the recipient address.
Would it be usual that the head gets malfunction?
Have you checked the function before shipping?
