このセラーに注文し到着した商品は

(シャネルのブランドロゴを盗用した100%違反商品でした)
また注文したものと異なるカラーの商品を
30個の注文の内、20個受け取りました。
私は対応策として次の要求をしました
注文通りの商品の再送付か返金を求めました
セラーは要求を一切聞き入れてもらえません
次回の注文時に精算をするという返答です
このセラーは前回も住所の記載ミスをし
私は商品の受け取りが大幅に遅れました
このセラーと取引したくありませんので20個の返金を求めます

I had placed an order with this seller and the goods that arrived had a completely different design.
(100% mocks with a brand logo stolen from CHANEL.)
In addition, out of 30pcs ordered, 20pcs were found to be in a different color from what I had really ordered.
Therefore, I asked the seller to take the following action.
I asked him to either send me correct items or make a refund.
However, he did not agree to either of them.
He says he will adjust it at my next order.
This same seller used a wrong delivery address last time and thus, it took me a long time to receive my order.
I do not want to do business with him any more and would like to receive a refund for 20pcs.

Therefore, I requested below as a counterplan.
I requested the redelivery of the item I ordered, or a full refund.
