It’s hard to believe that you personally worked on the GB12 especially after all of the e-mail messages
that we sent each other ? I can only surmise that one of your other team members said they performed
the cleaning and polishing tasks, but it’s totally clear somebody isn’t telling the truth.

I will repair and adjust the pick guard and bracket and properly adjust the pickups and I’ll try
polishing the headstock and some of the gold plating, but I want you to consider adjusting the
selling price.

If I were you I’d find out who was suppose to have worked on getting the GB12 up to standards and
then I’d fire them immediately
